The company has cash, it could choose 100 other better deals rather this this current one with Terraneauva. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with Terranueva as a company or acquisition target, far from it - but simply that the deal for AXQ shareholders is a terrible one. Diluting us by a further 50% after the stock is already at bargain basement prices with most investors sitting on large losses. I figure if the deal goes through the majority of investors will end up down 75% or more and yet Management will have a new vehicle in which to profit from. It sucks, its a horrible deal and I certainly won't be supporting it.
