RE:RE:RE:ATIKA - WHY ARE YOU SO WORRIED OF NO VOTE?

RE:RE:RE:ATIKA - WHY ARE YOU SO WORRIED OF NO VOTE?Endeavour, the company has virtually no cash. This is not my opinion; these are the facts collected directly with David McDonald. After the payment of the legal fees, broker, auditors and due diligence associated with the acquisition of Terranueva, there is 400,000.$ left. Now, if the deal is rejected, Mr McDonald will take his due - 361,300.$ - and most probably will close the shop. Here again, it is not my opinion, but facts obtained directly with Mr. McDonald. Ask him if you don't beleive me.
At this point, Axe cannot consider other possible deals, even if they are better or much better, because there is NO CASH in the bank account after David McDonald's severance payment.
So, even if you consider the deal as a bad one or a terrible one, it is too late to cancel it. The question is now : should we have our investment in Axe reduced to zero or should we take the risk of a " not so bad "  investment in Terranueva, even if we have a smaller peace of the pie than expected ?
My research concerning Terranueva convinces me that it will be a success, but that is my opinion, not facts !
