RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:It is obvious what is going on with NexGenYes I agree with Impalaman, that was a very well thought out post. My investing style is to simply buy and hold until Uranium shortages begin to bite hard. There is so much misunderstanding in this business it is very easy for investors to be misled and miss out on life changing gains. I do not think there will be any big movements in stock prices until about 2020 That is when the utilities will be back at the table in hoards all seeking limited supply of Uranium.
Much has been said about inventory except that is not what causes spikes in U price. Inventory levels now are lower than they were in 2006-2007 so clearly that cannot be the driver of higher U prices. It always occurs when there is more contract demand than can be supplied which is why 2020 is important...that is when the uncovered requirements of the industry start to show their face and utilities either contract at prices offered or they use up current supplies and their reactors stop running..guess which one they choose?
