RE:Shorters have no mercy for penny stocksI would suspect that a lot of the shorting is being done out of the US by US entities/ hedge funds, they potentially could be responsible for stock price manipulation.  It would really need to be market surveillance that needs to investigate this and potentially slap those entities/traders with lifetime trading bans!
