First, you need to find the right CEO and to find the right board members to run the company.
Second, you need to find a better project than Terranueva and better conditions for the reverse takeover.
Third, your people has to have a great credibility to raise enough money to accomplish their goals.
In fact, possible and doable.
My view is different : we have the right CEO, a strong board, a very good project and the money to reach commercial production in Q3 of next year.
This fruit is ripe, yours not even a seed.
However, I am happy to learn that somebody will assume the future of Axe after November, 23th if the deal is not approved.
