-Isn't it BC that is resisting crude west to the coast?
-Isn't it Ontario and Quebec that is resisting crude East to the coast?
...and the balance of your statement refers to your opinion of industry itself, not the relationship between politics and industry. I'm certain that if the energy industry/pipelines weren't regulated to death we'd have more capacity at this stage,,,goes without saying IMO.
