Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

3rd Quarter Annoucement

Im impressed with management in the detailed plan they presented and will implement.....including defined scope and particularly investing in Industrial properties in US which looks like they started on.

I dont like the share price haircut....but the markets were trending lower last few weeks...so it was a perfect storm for lower share price.

They will much stronger in a year or 2....Im holding....I like industrial properties coupled with low Can/US unemployment.
