AGF vs. bashers
AGF vs. bashersI certainly do not underestimate the damage bashers can do. I never meant to make him feel welcome, but rather, hoped he might answer some questions. Obviously he only answers questions when his presence feels threatened (by you, for example). As far as being long on COT goes, I see things going pretty much on schedule. I never expected black ink this quarter, but kind of hope to see it next quarter. If the current trend reverses, I will start asking some questions, but they will not be on the board.
I try to keep these boards in perspective. I can see how a basher might scare share from a weak holder. Also, over-optimistic posters can cause anxiety and high expectations. I am sure you can recognize this every time the financials are close, ppl wondering WHERE ARE THE NUMBERS????, and when there is a lack of news, they go crazy. I blame this on novice investors, and on unrealistic expectations created on these forums. Granted, some of the forward looking comments from the president might cause some of that too. I like the companies plans, I like the sector they are in (construction/software). I like that they are seemingly stealing market share. It will take more than another quarter with shrinking losses and expenses to scare me out of my shares.
THis being said, I dont thinkI can join in on the mob mentality to run another poster from the board. I have seen a few (ppatch, flabio, etc) and they all leave eventually.
I enjoy your posts. I enjoy them more when you are provoked with contradictory evaluations. Keep up the good work.
