Just a "Letter of Intent" will fail like Blackshire Deal

Just a "Letter of Intent" will fail like Blackshire DealThere are so many hoops and conditions to clear with this merger it will most likely fail and GLH SP will go up on this news of failure in the future.

The much simpler Blackshire deal to franchise the Chalice stores failed...so how can this much more complicated deal with shady Terra Tech that brings zero value to GLH possibly go through?

Letter of Intents don't carry any obligations, they perhaps boost the SP for a day.

William doing fine on his own, latest report $5 million, up $1 million from last quarter, not bad.
