Harte Gold Corp is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. It is focused on gold properties located in the province of Ontario, Canada. The company's exploration projects consist of sugar zone property and Stoughton Abitibi property. The Sugar Zone Property is located approximately 80 kilometers east of the Hemlo gold camp on the north shore of Lake Superior. It includes approximately 4 mining leases and 336 unpatented mining claims. In addition, it also consists of approximately 29,435 hectares within the Sault Ste. The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

Investor, there is copious amount of information online for you to do your own DD. I'd encourage you to check out Harte's website as a starting point.

I also never said the buyback was happening, I said mgmt has talked about doing a program at some point to reduce share count. Not going to happen in the near term most likely, they are hyper focused on drilling right now.

I'm not happy about the share price, but beleieve in the long term vialbility of the project and the Harte team. Patience is a virtue right?

I'd argue that invetsors like you that haven't done your proper work, and yet sit around and complain about no movement is what is hurting the stock price. You all seem to miss the big picture and imagine many will start tax loss selling soon. Fine by me. I just wish all uninformed invetsors would try to inform themselves of what and why they own something.
