I can't remember who it was but I think it might have been smartmichael who mused about firing a bunch of the sales people. I believe there are 30 or so of them and all they have been able to do is get about 7 patients each after 6 months (remember the first hundred came from the EAP). 300 patients at this time would be deeply dissapointing. Even 400 is a dissapointment.
