RE:From todays PR...Who are you and what are you talking about???  A  MOU "IS" a legal agreement and it invariably contains confidentiality agreements whereby both parties "open their Kimono's (sorry for the Japanese) so that both parties can see information that is just not there otherwise.  Business cannot proceed without such agreements.
