RE:RE:20 millions it’s great WoW fron ACB $$$$$$$Typically in a lease agreement, the landlord will provide a tenant improvement allowance to help the new tenant build out the space. This does a lot to help offset construction costs, otherwise think about all the restaurants and services that start up, you think they all have millions to start say a nail parlour or massage spa, all be it different business the a retail Cannabis store but I doubt each space costs more then 500k to set up and stock
