RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The News

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:The News Can’t really move on if u can’t sell your shares due to the halt that god knows when it will be over. Nobody really knows anything about this outfit but we will soon find out the valuations that were given in this merger. Shuler will have a supermajority of the company that we know. The other thing we know is that with the 1 for 10 reverse split there would only be just over 9 million shares trading publically. That is assuming Shuler holds his shares. Maybe our ownership only comes in at 10 percent if the company does well it could trade at pretty decent multiples with the small amount of shares available to the public. The one thing I’m most worried about is if natcore management negotiated a bunch of options in the deal for themselves. I really hope they didn’t sell us out at .06 a share but in the end they probably did. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Maybe we’ll get lucky and their patents and best of breeds projects we’re takin into account. Providing those projects aren’t all cancelled. There is also the possibility that there is the kind of money behind us to go it alone and manufacture. Of course I’m skeptical like everyone else but until more information is out there were still very much in the fight.
