Second, anyone (repeat) ANYONE can use the app called Google Earth. It's available for Android, iOS Windows, it's a free install - great program, I've used it many times to check out pot company locations. I destroyed LC Capital with that app.
Search for 2550 Acland Road, zoom in, and then measure the building. Google Earth has an accurate measuring tool. The building is a perfect rectangle!! It's area is length x width. I just measured it - it's roughly 450 feet by 90 feet = 40,500 sq. ft. That lines up closely with Hans' number.
We know that THC owns somewhere between 10-14 units, but that doesnt matter - even if they owned 20 units, there's no way they have 40,000 square feet. And whatever they have, how much is renovated for growing and has received HC approval ????
