Exactly what do you think this means, keeping the dividend as is? The dividend will be cut. That is 100% certain. The question is how much? I'd be interested in reading some intelligent opinions on this that are backed up with some figures to support the reasoning.
They also mentioned how Q3 was the worst time to finalize this transaction and that it is not indicative of the full picture. They said they want to do a full review prior to making any dividend decision so does that mean they will wait for a few quarters before changing the div policy?
