Conversion price

Conversion priceDebenture conversion price is set at $3.15 per share and the warrants are at $3.94 per share,  so I don't see this news tanking the stock price, however it will put a temporary cap on gains.  I am in at $2 per share so will decide today if I sell and go elsewhere with my cash
