Right now you can click the link, read the same exact statement along with a sell recommendation  The part about rising or falling can be a complete opposite on there in 2 days . Like I said , I use the site a lot and have seen such drastic swings up and down on various sites and have lost a bit of money by their extreme appraisals . Not much money but enough I learned not to buy and sell by what they project .
