RE:RE:RE:What does Solarman have to say about this?

1. Consolidating three companies (two in Aussie and one in UK) is a mammoth job. There is a ton of legal and admin costs in Q3 related to those acquisitions.
2. I am concerned about lower real $ poker revenues. If cross selling is canibalizing from their poker revenues, thats not what they said would happen.
3. if they are talking to media, this is the right direction.
4. They have already paid down $300M of debt in one Q. That is amazing.
5. Their IR still sucks. What happened to "wonder boy"?
6. Kentucky resolution "soon" is going to make a difference.
7. Glad to hear Russia won't be any issue in a few weeks.

Conclusion: They missed the street estimates and SBG growth is not anywhere near it was pre-purchase. UK regulatory environment will be costlier next year.

I don't see it tanking much more. It was already quite sold before earnings. I'm ok with it here, though of course we could always say "I wish I sold at...". If you are here for the longterm, stick around...they have so much talent they will find their way back to over-delivering on promise...
