RE:Any Info?In plain English SIMBA is telling the sharehodlders that they are late filing their annual financial statements and hope to fil by end of Dec. As well noramlly when a co. is late filing they are cease traded but SIMBA mgmt. is asking the exchange to only cesase trade mgt. and insiders and not oridinary shareholders so as not to penalize them.

I believe that is what the N / R means.
