RE:OH CEO says he hopes there’s no federal MJ legalization Everyone should read what lustig says here. The interesting note I picked out was the longer the lull between The States Act being enacted and Federal Legalization, the more time OH has to grow  before the conglomerates come in and buy everyone out. In other words, delays in federal legalization could allow Lustig to build the company up to a point where it is worth billions without a Diageo or constellation brands getting in the way or buying him out before brands have the time to mature.
As I said earlier, one popular brand could be worth billions... Casamigos was only started in 2013 and sold for a billion shortly after. Patron was more of a mature brand and sold for 5 billion and that was only for a majority stake!

I can't see into the future, but some common sense thinking makes me believe that OH could possibly be worth over $40 if all goes according to plan. No guarantees in the stock market but I'm curious as to why others might think I'm wrong. Don't worry I won't one star you ;)
