Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I would not have been happy with this, but i am sure there were similar deals to constellation that valued us less than canopy which would be fair and tough to argue against. If someone offered us 50% of the vlauation to canopy for a % of the company I would think thats acceptable I mean as of today we do only produce what 20,000kg? Yes phase IV is coming, but its not a fact yet and the license is now getting dangerously close to being behind schedule. We also are pretty average amongst the 'majors' in provincial supply agreements. I was not impressed with the numbers Vic was able to attain.

Vic reminds me a whole lot of the college football coach who complains his team didnt make the national title game because played the game with integrity and didnt run ip the score during his undefeated season, while other teams went undefeated and beat all the low ranked teams 85-0.
