But while cannabis continues to be listed on Schedule I of the DEA's Controlled Substances Act, transportation of cannabis across international borders as well as borders between individual states within the US remains illegal. So what good is it to have all that grow space outside of California when there is no legal mechanism to deliver the end product into California?

The Controlled Substances Act currently provides Next Green Wave and other California MJ players to enjoy a natural moat with zero competition from international and out of state MJ players. The race is on in California to become the dominant player in the state.

Once the Federal regulations fall away and legalize cannabis on a Federal level, Next Green Wave will likely be a prime acquisition target to the larger Canadian MJ companies that want an established footprint in the state quickly.
