Construction Progress

Construction ProgressWhile we wait (frustrating) for the OFS, to see their projections of profitability for this project, construction progress is still the key to long term value.  eCobalt needs to get into production.  The closer they are to production, the more we should see the SP rise as risk is reduced and cash flow become emminent.

Construction progress has been excellent this summer.  The water treatment is to be finished by the end of November and the the mill concentrate building foundation is likely finished now - see 10/18/18 piictures showing partial completion.  They should be able to complete the mill's building by mid December, allowing the winter to build out the mill machinery.

This company is shifting quickly from feasibility studies and missed deadlines, to a mine in production.  It is my view tyhat there has been more real progress in the last 6 months then the last 6 years or more.

I remain bullish on this company.  Time will tell.
