Company share buyback support is gone

Company share buyback support is goneFrom what I'm reading, the share buyback is toast and they're starting to look a little stressed financially.  That's likely what's spooking the market for TCW today.  Now the share purchased near $3 are looking like a waste, but in fact it's these markets that are a joke.  Welcome to the trough.
