Not quite. VIDA is functional beverages in CBDs and via a joint venture THC infused beverages.

It also has a suite of other products and I believe a wholesaling angle.....but the Red Bull team points to a push in functional and enhanced beverages. That means managing inventory and distribution at large scale which they are good at. Definitely like the CBDs but with VIDA now IMO it's all about management, opportunity and the small float :)
