RE:mwh saleThey didn't sell MWH, they sold MWH Constructors which is a non-engineering consturction contracting firm.  It was the only general construction business within Stantec.  Stantec kept MWH Consulting/Engineering and is well underway integrating those units into the Stantec structure.

I don't know the ratio on EV that MWH Constructors vs MWH Engineering represtented, but I'm guessing Constructors was less <1/3 of the MWH buyout EV.
