"Upon return of a properly completed letter of transmittal, together with certificates formerly representing Invictus shares and such other documents as the depositary may require, certificates for the appropriate number of new Invictus shares and Poda shares will be distributed."

What is this? We have paperwork to go through in order to receive our shares? When ACB did their spin out, shares simply appeared in my trading account as they should in the year 2018. Am I misderstanding this?
