I totally agree with you that BBD did not drop .78 cents yesterday because of language issues or problems betwen Upper and Lower Canada.

On the other hand, I totally disagree with you about your comment on Quebec always putting the blame on language.  If you are honest, open-minded and willing to search for the truth, look at the recent announcement by the feds that they would award Irving shipyards a contract for the sixth ship (option to the contract) at twice the price they paid for the first five. Part of their explanation was that they wanted to secure employment (which is a good reason but not at a premium to the original contract price.  In the meantime, Davie shipbuilding in Qubec is starving and struggling to keep employment level, although they did a stellar job with the construction of the Asterix ship within cost and timelines.
