RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:DebentureIf Activision goes hostile sorry they won’t have a say. Not to say they’ll pay $50m but you’d be hard pressed to find shareholders that wouldn’t take $2/share @ 100m valuation which is still a steal. 

Depends of course how much insiders hold but they’d need control of more than 25m shares which I doubt they do. How much does the ceo own?
