Anything is possible but for the sp to be in the 6's by Christmas I think the world would just be entering a major recession with definitely no Christmas rally for the markets to look forward to. The thing is even if there is a recession in the cards will people stop taking their cannabis medication for pain or will the recreational market collapse as folks stop trying to drown their sorrows with a good smoke? I didn't see any beer companies going out of business during the Great Recession of 2008. The only advice I can offer an investor if they want to play the cannabis industry long term is stick with the big names who are trying to establish an international footprint because it's going to take more than Canadian sales to bring in the numbers shareholders expect.
