RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:I am OUT!so are we to assume that our material has already been proccesed and the gold removed and the gold has has been truned into cash by the processing company and is gone...when was the material sent to the processing company???

I would think that this would be treated the same as if you took your Corvette to the dealership to have it repaired and the dealership did the chapter 11 while your Corvette was there that you should get your car back because the dealership did not own your Corvette and it is not part of the dealership's property.

same with PG's material is not part of the company doing the chapter 11 unless maybe PG has leant money to them and then they are a creditor...I gues we just have to wait for the out come...if PG is a creditor because they have leant money to become a creditor and are not just a customer then that info should be in PG's financial records.
