SHARC International Systems Inc. is engaged in energy recovery from the wastewater the Company send down the drain every day. Its energy's systems recycle thermal energy from wastewater, generating energy and economical systems for heating, cooling & hot water production for commercial, residential, and industrial buildings. The SHARC utilizes the power of wastewater for both heating and cooling for the large capacity requirements of multi-family residential, commercial and energy districts. The PIRANHA Wastewater Heat Recovery & Cooling System is a specialized water-to-water heat pump that recovers energy directly from wastewater and uses this source energy to produce hot water. RE:RE:Russ Burton on Small Cap Power

RE:RE:Russ Burton on Small Cap PowerGrowth - I'll answer what I can here but don't really want to make earnings or price predictions and the timing of such outside of what I have already said about share count and market cap potential..
As far as that goes I am comfortable enough in my  own DD to buy more at this level and have been bidding in increments collecting a few more the past 2 weeks...I'd be less inclined to add at this stage if we were in the .40's or .50's but far too compelling to resist  in low .30's

When sentiment is in the toilet like the McFly posts and people are ready to give up, if you believe in the outlook, this  is where you make the real money ... on the discounted BUY moreso than you do on the sell when it gets this stupid cheap ... doesn't mean it can't go lower but the range for well over a year is .30 - .50 I'll take my chances the downside is limited but that's me you should do what is right for you this is not advice

This is how penny stocks / development stage pre-revenue companies work when there is no appetite for the stock and all the buying takes place at the bid ...there have been several PP's where the brokers finding and placing longer term high net worth investors are compensated in shares for that work .. all those shares are out of the lock up period and those guys don't typically wait to collect their pay no matter where the price is...same likely true for any one receiving shares for services if they have no desire or perhaps can't hold the stock ..the good news with everything out of lock up for quite some time now those 2 sources should be drying up ... but then there are the retail shareholdes and of those, the fed up emotional types  that are squirming as we hit the lows again some of them adding even more fuel to the downside ..add the bandit market makers could well flush out any stops  before we see a bottom .. pennies are like that with extremes and it's either feast or famine as they go in & out of favor

It would have been nice to get some important news to counter punch sellers and absorb some of the shares that have been raining on to the bid lately so we all could sleep better at night ..I get that believe me...  but on the other hand I have become convinced it is engineered to work like this in the land of pennies and I look at it as opportunity I would not otherwise take if we were trading much higher considering how many I already own ... that and I've been liquidating some other holdings on the overall market downturn so have some cash on hand ... been reducing the number of stocks and very selective with the ones I keep and/or add to right now.

Anyway enough about that to answer your question about Mr. Burton being a figurehead he always has been for our U.K operations and is also the company COO with a background in property management and a penchant for clean tech. Our tech is our CEO Mr. Mueller's  brainchild with a background in geothermal / refrigeration and he is the figurehead for North America while they both have been known to partake in crossing the continents as needed to lend support where required

It seems to me that Mr. Burton is the type to under promise and over deliver while Mr. Mueller has got ahead of himself in some of the statements regarding revs in the past that we expected to have in hand by now
I've said it before that I doubt this company will ever get ahead of that curve due to the nature of this business and construction in general - delays and circumstances out of their control like the certification issues we had in California.. then add to that the scope of most projects is relatively large and involves lining up several entities/financing/ and qualifying for incentive programs / grants (non-dilutive to shareholders by the way so worth the wait imo) ...but  that won't matter to investors buying the stock now at the current $12M market cap or even all the way to a buck... when the market cap is $100M = share price $2.30 ..I see the path there easily with what we have publicly announced and working on now let alone some new projects/sales due to come on line

And finally ...
I also noticed on the investor presentation they have an assembly facility that can produce 100M of product/yr.  Thats a huge development, isn't it?   They must be getting ready for big production outputs.

Yep! .. and they already have one eye open to expand the facilities when that becomes necessary
