thanks GM, all very valid points. snn is clearly far better capitalized as they're entering Cali with a more efficient grow at a far larger scale and with very seasoned mgt who, as you say, will not be hamstrung by some of the same growing pains at caliva. I wanted to share with the board specifically because snn is not yet a success story while caliva currently is. They have a rapdily growing loyal customer base and have successfully cultivated a brand relationship with trusted consistency. I am also invested in OH (formerly cannaroyalty) and the mgt there gets that this is how you win in Cali (or anywhere for that matter) - you locally win with word of mouth  "gotta have it" products and then you distribute into more regions expanding your footprint throughout the state. It's early days yet for snn but caliva's front end customer experience is truly the level I hope snn is aiming to be at.
