How would you describe the quality and attitude of the cashiers and other staff that you've interacted with at the stores?
For example, do they have a good grasp of English? Are they relatively well-groomed? Are they attentive, or at least pretend to seem interested in their jobs? Are they able to answer basic product-related questions, even as simple as where to find products, promptly and correctly?
Also, were the shopping baskets and carts clean of any debris, wet/dried liquids, and general grime?
