Wild, I think there are 3 things. We need some clarity on financing, will it be a partnership or some other situation that TLT management comes up with? Secondly it would help if we were off the Venture exchange. Last, we need to be an FDA Phase 2 before this is real in the eyes of many investors. If you can wait around until all three things are in place I think the way will be clear for sp to move up dramatically.

All this can be worked on and at the same time:

1.  A flight from Canada to the Caymans costs less than $400.  Pack up a laser and some TLD 1433 and head down.
2.  Office space is available for a few grand a month.  Patients could be seen there initially.....then off to the hospital or oncologist for treatment.
3.  There is a hospital in the Caymans that has operating rooms and uroligists working in them.  Treat bladder cancer.  This TLD stuff works.
4.  There are oncologists in the Caymans also......start treating GBM, esophageal, lund and pancreatic cancer.  FFS do a small study to verify the safety of IV TLD 1433.  Hell, They could use shareholders as subjects for IV testing just to show it's safe.
5.  At the same time continue to go through the proper channels in Canada and the USA to get approval.  In the mean time people that have a death sentence have the opportunity to manage or even beat their cancer.  This will also generate revenue and generate some positive numbers regarding CR possibly.
6.  I know, I know easier said than done and probably crazy and stupid.  But it is already being done by Perseus PCI and for the same reasons.....expense and time through the fda process and people are dying.  Also, the Cayman regulators would need to approve.....but it's been done before.  This could be a win-win-win-win for Patients, Theralase, The Caymans, and believe it or not.....shareholders.  All IMO.
7.  Ok, let the nasty criticism, insulting comments, and ignores start to come.  But people are dying and losing bladders that may not have to have that outcome.  Mank!
