Although this B2B license is a step forward, I would still like to see Mr. Robinson give some more insight into why the full sales license wasn't obtained right away.
 
Was there some unexpected issue with RQB's application resulting in this limited license being granted instead of a full one?
 
Or is this merely a temporary "shortcut" being taken by the regulators to try to get more product to market to deal with the shortages that have been reported?
 
Or is there some other explanation?
