RE:RE:Q3 and future costs I have no gripe with PVG management except for that October 17 press release- which is certainly why the stock shot to 12 and why they are now defending themselves in numerous lawsuits.
The smelting bankruptcy is small potatotes too. Seems 4 million is not that big of loss- it may cost a million or two to defend all those lawsuits. Which PVG will win.
My problem now is with the additional capacity permit. Not only is it taking forever- but I think that the current stock price already reflects that it will get issued. This sector- gold mining- has been beaten into oblivion and any glitches might sting a bit. Hanging onto this stock for over 6 years- could have deployed my capital far more efficiently. On that note- maybe we are all fools.
