If you look at the presentation, you will notice that the timeline slide have been deleted. 

So... it's official that they are not giving out any expectation on each step of the project. 
The OFS, funding, and production date is now unknown until further notice.

I highly doubt IR will give you any concrete response nor would you bother trusting it.
