if you didn't, then you are a moron for condemining anything based on lack of knowledge.

pemex has an independent company - achilles - issue these registrations to meet legal requirements.

but it was pemex who made the original announcement in spanish. genoil reposting the announcement in english is logical. plus they also mentioned another successful test for a UK company... apparently the UK company to be announced in the future

BUT THE BOTTOMLINE IS, PEMEX ANNOUNCED THAT THEY MAY BE USING GENOIL IN THE FUTURE - OR WHY BOTHER ISSUEING THE REGISTRATION? and the timing - prior to december - is very interesting ... since new president takes office in december - and this could be the last piece of the puzzle before contract(s) is signed

a contract between pemex and genoil would be earth shattering news... and would cause a very severe pps increase ... and even the morons would understand that ... december could be very interesting ...
