There you go again. Extrapolation beyond sensationalising.

Once again, being preapproved as a vendor does not guarantee anything. This is up there with the LOI's and MOU's.

If you are able to show that ALL of these preapprovals by Pemex (or achilles) lead to significant contracts and real $ then I will swallow my words.

Sure .... this does open an eyelid from the endless earlier PR's over the past 10 years But do not for a second start opening up the ivory tower for business and presenting the leaping pad for Microsoft Stardum.

Pretty sure GNO went through similar process with China and Middle East, but those have yet to generate anything.

Please DO state with facts how this is different. Not your gut feeling. But facts.
