you are a total idiot promoter...the public cannot order armor.....only military and law enforcement.  MRS/PTF lost the first contracts of armor over 2 years ago you dope...

and as you can see from MRS PR there is no one dumb enough to give them the kind of money they are looking for to close this stupid deal.

The whole thing is a F....always has been.....
