Do expand.  Did I say "rubber stamp".  No.  Pretty sure there was an application and approval process to go through. BUT that is normal course of business.  It isnt that big of a deal unless GNO is selected as sole/preferential supplier.

"Successful oil test, certification, and a well connected team".  Junkets you are the king of bumper sticker posts for sure.  However, that is the same bumper sticker that DL has been travelling the world with in every jurisdiction he has gone for the past 10 years.  Nobody is buying it.

I am hoping, for the 101st time, that this is different this time. However, at this time nobody is jumping on the wagon and snatching up shares.  Not even unsuspecting newbies that dont know the history. That is proof enough at this point.
