What about a 6.25% gain in the unit price in a market (oil & gas) which took a real beating today?

Also, I do not know how this corporate update could be viewed through anything other than a positive lens. I suspect I am not alone in that "optimistic" interpretation.

I will give you the fact that there is a limited number of shares being bought or sold; although, some of us see that as a matter of "consolidation". I would also contend we need new buyers and with this type of Update, they will come to the table in the near term - imho.
