guess you need to know what owning 30% of a company entails and knowing what the terms and conditions were following the approval of LGC gaining 30% of it.

IMO owning 30% of GCL doesn’t entitle LGC to indirectly own 30% of the 50% that GCL will have in the JV. LGCs 30% is based upon what GCL is valued at plus 5% Royalties that’s it.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but this JV if it generates $$$ then 5% of whatever GCL makes gets paid out in their royalty agreement.

Hopefully LGC can clarify this for certain or someone with a business degree/background can advise is
