1. Last years comparable, at ~65M, was stated to be negatively impacted by 10-12M from the hurricane.
2. Last year comparable does not have Elite revenue
3. Did they replace the departed physician group? If the answer is no, why not. This is of significant concern
They better deliver a top-line number that is =>80M
