hmmm
hmmmone thing I can't wrap my head around is valuations. Take canopy for instance, sure they have alot of money on hand but 330M loss for a quarter and it's priced at 43.50$ ....
Emerald Health if I remember well had a 10M ++ loss last quarter as well, but a healthy $$ balance (70M ) . ... priced at 3.75$
Most Mj companies are bleeding money per quarter, yet have big valuations.... I'm not sure if it's only because of their cash balance or some other metric...
Nsp doesn't have a big cash buffer as those companies do, but we sure are trying to be as efficient as possible. Volume wise, well let's just say we have ALOT and I say, ALOT of algo's riding this.
It's what I think at the end of the day makes it or breaks it for our SP compared to peers, we're on a venture exchange with little traffic and LOTS of algo's playing, which explains why when we start going up we move up like crazy (algo's jump in and pile up, and we have a small float ,so volatility is insane) , but it's also the same when we start falling down, algo's pile on and since our float is low, it drops constinously and easily , and then algo's just pile on each other till it kills SP so low it's ridiculous (.13-.15 rings a bell?? ).
So, anyone else was pondering about this?
Rigged is the word I am looking for, .... just like most markets. But who ever said this was a fair game? Gotta play by the rules
