This confirms what I've been told by people who worked directly and/or have direct knowledge with DKL that he lies to the point that you'd immediately conclude he's a pathological liar.

While he was exchanging emails with you regarding Hebei Zhonji project, he posted a picture claiming ground work was underway at the refinery, blah, blah, David knew that there is not anything moving forward with the project.
