Its Montalva property (1,747 acres) is a large utility-scale solar and battery storage building with an initial size of 80 MWac or 160 MWdc, located in the southwestern coastal area of Puerto Rico. Its Cordero Ranch property is located in Cedar City, Utah.

Ha ha! Yes I do. Which river for the big garbage can bonfire!?

To be honest I'm having a prety good year and down 'just' 12 or 13% from a couple of weeks ago - since GRB started turning south and inclusive of VLE getting bombed yesterday. I'm up on PWR, which helps too. VMD and DAP.U have made the biggest positive impacts. Holding some cash.

Not saying it was fun but I know its been a brutal period for cannibis and energy investors in particular. I totally missed the cannibis ride and VLE was my only serious posiiton in energy. Best of luck to you!
