The UN's indigenous laws are to control nations and the little people in them, citizens and indigenous.
The right corporations and elites have to gain access to the commodities of the
world, and THO isn't that.
And how can this deal be right for THO's real shareholders, meaning the many
thousands of average people of it.
And who will vote on the passing of the deal with PAAS? It's those that own the
most shares. It's not one person one vote regardless of shares owned or stake
in the corporation.
If it was, the deal would never go through because we are sitting on a gold mine,
(well silver mine) that's huge, with silver having both a monetary role and industrial
role that is growing stronger every decade. Plus it is a pretty good gold mine too.
And what does the average shareholder's shares amount become if hangs around
for the switch to PAAS shares - it's one quarter the amount as it was before.
It's a lose lose situation unless have 10000+ shares. Anyone with 5000 or less
shares or just hundreds of shares, is being screewwed!!!!!
Why doesn't management and Tony hold out? It's becauses other on the board
have most likey been gotten to by big players in the universal directorship
world, and put the pressure on them to vote for the merger or be blackballed
and shunned.
